Pf saleswoman was UNFRIENDLY

I can't recommend it at all ... I can't tolerate milk at all and the flatbread was spread with cream cheese and another spread and although I asked several times I was assured that it should be vegan. It was only when I consumed it partially that I realized that it wasn't vegan. The staff is not informed, rude and annoyed. I also really appreciate quiet work, but waiting 25 minutes for 4 customers is simply too long and you can't actually afford to have lunch breaks. Prices are also far too high and artificially soaring in no time. It's a shame that the head office doesn't do anything and is not interested in what's going on in the branches, although many have criticized the same points in recessions. The main thing is that the money flows. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

The ambience is really nice and inviting and you feel comfortable. The range is large, good taste quality and always something new to try. All in all a good bakery. HOWEVER, the service is really bad. The sellers are really friendly but EXTREMELY SLOW !! I have never experienced anything like it! Even with 3 sellers behind the counter, nothing goes forward ... In addition, the baked goods are sometimes really overpriced. So overall good ambience and good offer but not good service and a bit expensive !!!

Nice cafe with a bakery. I hiked in the Amalienfelsen before and then visited this bakery in Laiz to get a Radler and some south German snack. A very refreshing experience. Toilets were also clean. Service was friendly and good. They were worried we'd take the bottles, but assured them they got their Pfand back.

Superfriendly people, really nice place, great food and coffee. Loved it a lot!
